Notice:
NEW FedEx/UPS RULES:
Fedex and UPS will leave all flowers
at the delivery point WITHOUT requiring signature to prevent
having to come back another day if nobody is home. If you
do want someone to sign for the flowers, Fedex/UPS will do so at
an additional charge of $2.00. Please let us know in the comment
section of your order. It is highly recommended to let
the recipient know to expect a package with Fedex/UPS, so
someone is available to receive the flowers.
COLD TEMPERATURE:
During cold temperatures in the country all flowers will require
a cold pack to be added to protect the flowers from severe cold temperatures
during shipping. The additional charge is $5 per box. If the
delivery address is in California, you can opt-out of the cold pack by
letting us know in the comment section of your order.
SUBSTITUTION: Due to the
large demand of flowers for special occasions, such as Valentine's Day,
Mother's Day, Christmas, etc. we may run out of supply on a particular
flower at times, which can happen due to supply & demand, or unfavorable
weather conditions for harvesting. Therefore we do reserve the right
to substitute a particular kind of flower, if necessary. However, if
we do have to substitute we always select flowers of equal or higher value. |
