Many of the owners of Volcano vacation houses have jobs during the daytime, or are just not always that easy to get on the phone because they run their business.  Therefore they have us assist them to provide personal & friendly customer service to you.  

We save you time by checking on multiple places for you, eliminating you having to send several emails, or making several phone calls, (and then waiting for a return message from all of them) and we help you select a place that is just right for you.  Once you make your reservation through us, all the reservation information is directly passed along to the owner of the place you selected, who will then send you directly the reservation package.  Deposits (if charged to a credit card) are always charged by the owner / operator of an establishment, and when a deposit via check payment is requested, it also goes directly to the owner operator.  We do not handle any of your money.  We just help!

If you need to cancel or change your reservation, you can either contact us, or the owner direct.  Your rate is always the same as if you would call each place on your own.

Our personal service is our specialty.  Volcano Village is our home and we are proud you would like to visit our piece of paradise.
