Master bedroom has a queen and 1 built in futon sleeping area suitable for a child.  Second bedroom has one queen bed and 1 built-in futon sleeping area suitable for a child.  2 full bath.

NONE  if staying 2 nights or more, $45 for single night stay

Cancellation
Policy:

14 days 
* No Charge / full refund of deposit if cancelled at least two weeks prior to arrival.  If cancelled less than two weeks in advance full payment is due for any days we can not re-book to someone else..       
Reservations for 4 days or more have a 30 day  cancellation period.

Smoking / Pets:

This is a non-smoking vacation home. 
No pets are allowed.
