a couple of minutes drive from the entrance to the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, 30 minutes to
Punaluu Black Sand Beach where you will find lots of Sea Turtles, and only 30
minutes drive to Hilo to go swimming, or visit botanical gardens and waterfalls.
Hale Mahinui is conveniently located to explore Hawaii Volcanoes National Park
and the East Side of the Big Island. We recommend at least a 3 day stay to
see what this side of the island has to offer.

furnished, and a variety of fresh tropical flowers a placed
throughout the house for your enjoyment. Enjoy a
magical romantic evening in front of the fire place in the living room and listen to
some of the many music CD's supplied for your enjoyment.
