Payment Policy:
We accept Master Card or Visa, Travelers Checks and/or cash.
State and local taxes do apply. No deposit necessary if a valid credit card number is supplied.

Cancellation Policy
A full and friendly refund will be made for cancellations made more than two weeks prior to arrival date.
Full refund minus $20 fee for cancellations made within 2 weeks
50% refund for cancellations made within 1 week
Sorry, no refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours or during peak periods or holidays.

Check In time: 4-6 p.m. Check Out time:10 a.m.
If you are going to arrive later than 6 p.m., please let us know in advance.
