Shipping Information

Items 13 oz. or heavier are always shipped via 3 day delivery priority mail. 
Light small items <13oz ship via First Class Mail (3-5 day delivery ). 
In stock items generally ship within 24 hours.  
Made to order items will take longer and we will communicate with you about the estimated time frame.  
If you need something by a certain date, please let us know so we can try our best to accommodate you. 
All shipping is charged at cost.  We do not add any handling or other fees.
We can ship Federal Express upon request. ( Next Day / 2nd Day ) depending on location. 

Return / Refund                         
  • If you do not like an item, most may be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping and the 3% credit card fee charged to us) within 5 days of receipt.
  • You will have to contact us via our CONTACT FORM to request a Return Authorization Number.   
  • Customized Orders are only returnable for defect and only for exchange.
  • If an item has arrived damaged we will either replace the item or issue a full refund including shipping cost, whichever you prefer, as long as customer provides required information to process a Postal Service Insurance Claim for the item. ( Most items are shipped insured ).    

Privacy policy

                          We keep all customer information private and we never give any information or customer data
                          to any 3rd party at any time.    You may receive from time to time an email from us about the items we make and sell, 
                          Coupons, discount offers, etc., but you may opt out at any time. 

Limitation of liability

Our Liability is limited to the cost of the product sold.  

We are not responsible for typographic Errors.
