Memorial Service & Ash Scattering was held
on 12/8/2009 at Whittington Beach Park 1:45 PM
Big Island of Hawaii, Hawaii

It was a beautiful afternoon at Whittington Beach Park.  It was sunny with a nice onshore ocean breeze.

The cremains where set up on one of the tables right at the ocean being surrounded by tropical orchids and other flowers as to honor this special moment and the beautiful surrounding... we played their special song "Stardust" performed by Nat "King" Cole as the family had requested.  To listen to "their" special song you can go to YouTube.com .. here is the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tFyKAUBkdOs

Just as we were scattering the ashes a couple of Monarch Butterflies hovered around us dancing in the wind, just as if the spirit of this nice couple was dancing together in the air enjoying a beautiful moment in paradise.

Whittington Beach Park is about 1/2 hour drive from Volcano, and 1 Hour drive from Hilo on the Big Island of Hawaii.

Whittington Beach Park is a very picturesque part of the Big Island.  There are usually no crowds at this place just peace , tranquility, and beautiful scenery.

Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free.
